I'm am such a ditz! While we were being nostalgic and looking through old pictures during Graduation weekend, I found these. They were given to my parents for me , when I was born. This is my fave, of course with the cute house.
I can't believe I forgot about them- and did a whole scrapbook without them . Oh well- thought I'd share these with you guys. I have a few more that I'll share later.
Just wanted to post today after our busy weekend. It was great! Company left this morning, so I'm trying to get back to my routine. Better get back to laundry. Happy Monday!

I LOVE vintage cards! Those are so sweet. I have a collection of similar ones that wee sent/given to my mother-in-law when my husband and his brother were born. I cherish them all, so I can imagine how wonderful it must be to have your very own! Thank you for sharing them with us!
ReplyDeleteI was reading your blog this morning and my heart almost stopped.!!! The second card is in my Grandmother's special memory scrapbook. It is my birth announcement card. Oh how fun !!!!

Those are so precious! Several years ago my mother gave me my baby book, and there are some cards similar to yours tucked in the pages. Think I'll go look at it. Thanks for the memories, Leslie!
ReplyDeleteYippie! Leslie is back! :)
ReplyDeleteThese are so very sweet! (if I had to choose) the house would be my favorite too.
Happy week to you!
