My older son brought me these the last time he came over. Aren't they pretty in the breakfast nook?We don't start school here till the 27th, but I'm ready for a new year with my piano students .
This is a repro hankie.
I love the apple flashcard. The green To School and Home Again was found at a thrift store.
Are we ready for a new school year? Ready or not here it comes.
I wanted to say thank you to you all. I have received so many nice comments and feel like I'm really getting to know you. You guys keep me creative and I'm loving it. THANK YOU!!
Have a great weekend!

The Back to School vignette is adorable! I always do little arrangement on my mantle for September. My Grama taught school and I have lots of fun stuff to use with that theme!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful flowers your sweet son brought you! Your one lucky girl to have such a thoughtful son :-) I used to have a tartan lunch pail. I guess I must be old as dirt if they are now "vintage" LOL

What a sweet young man to bring his momma flowers! I am just getting to my comments from last week. I wanted to thank you for stopping by Posed Perfection and leaving me such sweet comments. I really appreciate your kind words. Still working on getting hubby well. If only the chicken soup would have worked quicker! I hope you have a great week!

What a sweet son to bring you flowers and how adorable is your collection of back-to-school goodies!! Our freshmen arrived at my University yesterday and I could see their excitement and fear in their faces. My girls don't start until after Labor day. They are soaking up every bit of the last of summer.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet son! The flowers add to the cheeriness in your kitchen! I love your red plaid lunchboxes. I had a similar one when I was little. I think I did a post a with a picture of all my sisters and me on the first day of school, wearing our matching plaid dresses and matching lunch boxes. :-) Good memories.
ReplyDeleteThat little white shelf in the back of one of your photos would fit right in at my house with all the red and white polka dots.
