Valentines Hearts

I finished my little crochet garland. Someone asked for the pattern. I just found it on You Tube. There are so many how to's and instructions for things. I didn't even know how to do a triple crochet, so I Googled it.
I've showed these pillows before, but thought I'd add the link on how I transferred the patterns from vintage Valentines. So easy and fun to do.
My little Ikea Christmas hearts look cute in a vintage scale.
Look what I received! A wonderful surprise from Elizabeth at Creative Breathing. I was honored to get this cute package. This little Valentine Bellhop is helped by his little bunny friend. Notice-he's standing on the state of Texas.Thank you, E! I love him.
She also enclosed some vintage valentines. I'll have to get busy on some crafting soon.
I've been sidetracked by some home fix it projects. One is a dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen.Waiting on a hose for Hubs to install. Hope you all in the Northeast made it through the blizzard safely and with heat and power. Can't wait to get back to some craftiness .I thought I'd leave you with a few pic's of the Dollhouse Sweet Shoppe.
They are getting ready for the Valentines Day rush.
Hope you all have a Happy Valentines Day!!!
Leslie

  2. I just love stopping at your house to see what's new! I'm in love with the redwork pillow with the polka dot fabric and pom pom trim! Your heart bunting is adorable, too. Did your friend make the little bellhop?

Your sweet shoppe is too cute for words! :)

  5. What a sweet surprise from Elizabeth :) Everything she creates amazes me...down to every little detail! And I love your Valentine pillows ...I seen them on your old post and it has been on my to do list for such a long time....I really love them .. you do beautiful work :)I love the one with the little girl and boy..do they call that redwork?..I've made several throw pillow covers ...I did Roy Rogers, Spring with buttons and birds, and I did a fall one but I still need to make Christmas and Valentine pillow covers! I love making removable pillow covers because they are so easy to store...and I like changing with the seasons and with the holidays :)

  15. Hi Leslie! Running over to see if you're going to participate in the Easter Spoolie Swap (not sure what the swap is called as I type this???)? I have actually jumped in on this one and my mind is working over time on it. :)

Your dollhouse kitchen is so adorable - have you shown us the rest of your house before?

Hope you are one happy housewife with a working dishwasher now! Happy happy weekend!
