Happy Thanksgiving

Just a quick post before the holiday this week. Progress on the dust ruffle-it's finished. I probably would not make this again. SO much fabric made it really hard to work with. I am happy with the finished ruffle, but buying it would have been so much easier. We ended up buying the headboard. I'll show more on this later.
Working away at my embroidered ornament, Gotta finish soon.
SALE in my Etsy shop starting on Monday, Nov. 21 through Nov.28. Everything will be 15% off. Just use the code "Merry" at checkout.
Getting ready to start Christmas decorating next week. I'm very thankful for you, my blogging friends and hope you have a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

  1. Hi Leslie, Your new bed looks gorgeous and the ruffle is beautiful. You did a wonderful job sewing it. I know working with lots of fabric is a challenge but look at the gorgeous outcome. Love the headboard too. The ornament is coming along great. It's going to be awesome when complete. Looks like a great sale in your shop too. I will have to visit!!
Happy Thanksgiving and blessings to you and your family. xo

  2. Your bed looks so pretty, Leslie! I don't think you could have found a bedskirt that full for a reasonable price, but I know how much work they are to make. Well done!

I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

  6. To ward off feeling sluggish and fatigued, increase your activity level while reducing saturated fats. These fats from fried food and some meat products will cause poor circulation by blocking arteries and smaller blood vessels. Keeping your heart rate up and restricting these foods creates a faster thinking, more ambitious feeling within you. satta king
