It started life in brass, I sprayed it white and it wasn't showing up well on the wall. You may remember it I think it looks much better in red.
Another follow up-my spice rack glitter holder. The lids were silver and voila----
now in red. Much better!
I'm celebrating autumn here at Brookhollow Lane with my first Giveaway. I've been collecting fall things and here they are. All you have to do to enter is leave a comment. That is what makes blogging so fun and I love reading each and every one.
I've collected a little painted tole tray with fall colors and this beautiful vintage tea cup and saucer. I also added the fall Country Home magazine.
I added in a vintage linen and I made a fall leaf and acorn bunch that you can use to decorate. It's made from felted wool sweaters and wool felt.
Also included is a vintage scottie dog planter and yummy apple candle.
Please cozy up and enjoy a cup of tea and browse through the magazine on a nice fall day. I'll leave up this post and next week on Wednesday,October 13 I'll draw a name and announce the winner. You don't have to have a blog to enter, anyone can enter- just leave a comment! I hope you all enjoy your fall days.
Leslie

Hi Leslie!
ReplyDeleteHappy Rednesday! (I couldn't think of anything except more Christmas stuff and that's hard to handle in October teehee!) Your red redo's are darling - I never have the courage to change anything. WAH!
Phooey! Our singalong was a bust - no one sang - well except for my husband (who can't sing either) and the woman behind me. BUT, the movie was wonderful as always and it was great to see it in digital or whatever it is these days.
My gosh, what a bunch of goodies you've got together for your giveaway - all so very charming! That's so very sweet of you. Please toss my name in the hat too.
Happy happy Wednesday to you,
Sally
