Here's more Christmas decor. I put my my little homemade houses in my bedroom.
The colors are soft green and a little pink. I made the salt shaker snowmen last year. I got the idea from Mamie Janes blog.
The houses were from Hobby Lobby. Just paint and add lots of glitter.
Here they are all together.
This is my little vintage vignette. I decided to do a sleigh full of reindeer.
A vintage pretty piece of wrapping paper framed up. Easy to do.
Some happy elves. This guy is hanging on for dear life!
I have been trying to change out the banners for each season on my little chalkboard.I resized my vintage Christmas cards and pinned them on to bakers twine.
I'm linking up to It's a Very Cherry World for Rednesday. Please go check out some fun and pretty reds.
It finally got cold here in Texas. It's really kind of nice.I hope you are enjoying the snow, if you got any. One more week to finish shopping, baking, and have a piano party for my kids. Hope you have a good week!
Leslie
I can't get enough little houses and those salt-n-pepper shaker snowmen are brilliant! What a darling display of reindeer and little elves. Bring on the Christmas cheer! Happy Rednesday!
ReplyDeleteYour little salt shaker snowmen turned out so cute! I love that the reindeer are taking a ride in the sleigh. I used to have some red flocked reindeer, but they got snitched by my daughter. (She loved them!) Those little pixies look like they are having a jolly good time! :-) So much Christmas fun at your house!

Finally, the reindeer get to ride in the sleigh instead of that lazy Santa! I love all of your decorations, and the way you have them displayed. I especially like those bricks. They remind me of what we played with in school when we'd play "house". And you've inspired me to bring my old chalkboard up from the basement to somewhere that I can see it and enjoy it every day. You ALWAYS inspire me!
ReplyDeleteI love your sweet little houses! And there's nothing like the old vintage Christmas decorations....simply the best! You did a great job with displaying that vintage wrapping paper! I hope to find some to frame for next year! I really would love to join the swap party next year :)
ReplyDeleteI love the vintage decorations! They take me back a few decades and remind me of my childhood.
