Random Reds
I had so much fun walking around the house taking pic's of Random Red things. I noticed I have a lot of groups of threes-I guess that makes it a set. Almost all of this stuff was bought at garage sales, when we lived in Arizona. There were alot of retired peeps and so the bounty was endless.
I love vintage games and toys and will share more later. They have such great impact in a room, so graphic.
These are New Years Horns, I leave them out all year, even though they look like July 4th.
These plaid coolers are used for storage, but maybe some day I'll use them for drinks at a fall picnic or tailgate party. I can dream, right?
Hope you enjoyed my random reds. Take a look at more at It's a Very Cherry World.
I started ripping out the tile floor yesterday and am a little sore. Hubby is going to rent a tile remover thingie over the weekend-We'll see how that goes. It'll be faster than me, I'm sure.
Happy Rednesday!

Love the vintage game boards! I have one just like yours (third photo) I use it on my coffee table and keep the marbles in a little wooden bird nest!

I use my plaid cooler! Works great. I even posted about a picnic we took with all my plaid. Love that you have three of them! And let me just go on about how much I love those horns too! Wherever did you find those? And I'm not done yet - love the game boards too. I tried to get a collection of those going, but I could never find vintage ones. Thanks for sharing all these great reds!
ReplyDeleteI haven't played Chinese checkers in many, many years - always loved it as a kid. Those horns are awesome and, the coolers - well, I'm a plaid gal myself so of course I love 'em!
ReplyDeleteLove it all. Especially those really unusual New Year's/4th of July horns, and also the plaid coolers. :-) Thanks for the tip about AZ and so many selling their vintage. Makes a lot of sense.
ReplyDeleteMy first Rednesday post is up. Hope you'll like it -- lots of red, and cherries, too.

ReplyDeleteLove the games!!! I have to ask, the wire shelf that houses the horns, is that 2 shelves that stand on the floor. It looks like one I have. Just wondering.

ReplyDeleteHello... Cute reds! Thanks for commenting on my sunset post. I am not in Texas any longer but I hope to go back. The Old House is in SE Texas where there are way too many trees to photograph a good sunset. But this was taken behind my house in NW Wyoming where it's wide open for miles.
