Little Herb Garden

We've been up to ears with projects. This is a little hint of one. The weather has been mostly nice, so all of the projects have been in our little backyard. I'll share more as we progress, if my back holds out.
One fun and finished project. Recycled big popsicle sticks, chalkboard paint and chalk marker.
I've had this old wagon for years. I found 2 window box liners that fit inside perfectly. I drilled holes in the bottom of the liners and the wagon for drainage.
Added potting soil and planted the herbs.
If they don't do well here, I can always pull the wagon to a better location in the yard.
A little Easter garland on the fireplace. I haven't done much Easter decorating. I think we've been too busy focusing on the outside.
Hopefully we'll finish up a few projects this week. Be back later to share my progress. Have a good week!
Leslie

  1. Oh Leslie, I'm just swooning over your little wagon!!! How great that the liners fit perfectly inside the bed of the wagon, too. It looks happy all planted with your herbs that are marks so nicely with your chalkboard markers. What a fabulous project.
Your vignette on your coffee table looks so Springy to me! Happy Easter week!

  5. Hi Leslie! Oh, I love your olden wagon with the herbs in it and the little markers are so cute and helpful! Glad you're able to work in the yard. It's still too cool here. I like your little Easter Egg garland on your mantel and I'm coveting your cute little chair on the hearth.
    Happy Easter!
    Be a sweetie,
    Shelia ;)

  7. I'm envious that you're already working on your yard and gardens, Leslie! Your little wagon herb garden is such a clever idea! I'm hoping to plant a few veggies this year, but I'm going to start small. Our growing season is so short that everything ripens at once. Enjoy your nice weather and Happy Easter!
