Touch O' The Green

It's pouring rain here. Dark, windy and whipping outside. Here's my little Shamrock man. He's from my Mom, who had a little Irish in her, so I guess I do too.

This little shelf is in my bedroom.
Little chalkware sheep. They remind me of spring.
I shared my hallway gallery wall a few posts ago. This little gallery is in my master bathroom, in the comode room to be exact. Needless to say it's a teeny tiny room, and I have a hard time getting a photo. Every print in here is something I copied from one of my vintage books. I collected vintage frames for long time, so that each one would have a unique frame.
The pictures all have something in common. Can you guess what it is?

They all have a tree in them, and most have pictures of children.
Just thought I'd pop in today. I hope the weather clears up soon so I can get out to buy my corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick's Day next week. I'll be back on Friday to show my breakfast nook decked out for spring. I'll be joining the Bluebonnet Blog Hop. See you then, if I don't blow away before.

Happy St. PAtricks Day!

Just thought I'd pop in to wish you a Happy St. Patricks Day. My corned beef and cabbage are in the crock pot. We're doing a bunch of home catch ups today. Hope your day is great. I'll be back later this week to share my Easter decor. Thanks Erica for the cute image above.

St. Patrick's Day

I have a little Irish in me from my mom's side. I brought back this little guy holding a shamrock from my Dad's house. I had the little chalkware sheep.
Thought I'd make a little St. Patricks Day vignette. The candles are from Christmas.
This cottage picture usually hangs in my bathroom, but I thought it went well with the theme. Gotta get some corned beef and cabbage for next week. Does anybody have a good recipe for cooking it? I'm working on plumbing and painting- little projects that need to get done. See you later.
