Random Thoughts

I've been cleaning and sewing and cooking!I'm so excited to show you a peek of what I've been working on. It involves aprons and vintage linens, two of my favorite things.
I'll be spilling all the beans next week. I can't wait to show you!
This little guy stayed the longest time in our front yard. He nearly drove Max crazy!
Our pretty purple crepe myrtle in the backyard.

I'm making berry shortcake for dessert tonight. So yummy and fresh! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. I also hope those of you in the heatwave get some relief.


  1. I can't wait to see more of your sewing project. You have me very curious. I think I need to hit the store for fresh berries. Maybe that would help us feel cooler. Have a lovely weekend!

  2. Oh you have me know. Tiny aprons made from vintage linens...I am on pins and needles literally. The berries have been so good this year. We are having fresh peaches for dessert today. Poor Max that bunny is just taunting him...smiles...Renee

    We have a Crepe Myrtle in our yard the same color. Aren't they great? The bumble bees love them, too.
