Halloween Vignette

I added a little Halloween vignette on my entry way table.I used  things that I already had. I made some of the prim stuff a long time ago, but I think it fits well with Halloween decor.
A little Pumpkin man is sitting on the old scale.

 Here's the whole thing.
Pumpkin penny rug that was so fun to make.
We've been working on a project. It actually started last spring. As summer high temps hit, we put it on hold. Last weekend, we uncovered it to see where we're at. Planning a flagstone extension and pathway to our existing patio. I'll share more as we make some progress.Get out the icepacks-some back breaking work to be done around here!
We're still hitting 90 degrees here. I'm so over summer and ready for fall, soups and football weather! Hope you all have a great week.

  1. Hi Leslie, Love your Halloween display in the entry. Your scale is a treasure and the prims you created are awesome. You will love your flagstone when complete. We did the same here by our pool in 2014.
I am so ready for cooler temps too.
Have a great week. Hugs, cm

    1. Winter is when we do everything around here. I know where you live you've got to do it all in the summer. Good luck!

  3. I like your fun primitive Halloween decor with the toothy grins, Leslie!

It was 88 degrees yesterday in northern MN (unheard of for October) and today it's 43 frigid degrees!!

  4. I love it all it but that penny pumpkin rug is amazing. You are so talented. The whole vignette is fabulous. I'm so glad you are blogging again. Good luck on your pathway. I think we've hit the last of the warmer temps. I see 40s as highs in our long term forecast. I'll send some your way!

  5. Hi Leslie, so fun to see you blogging again. (Sorry, I'm not much of a blogger or visitor anymore, pooped out after all the years of it - enjoying Instagram these days, just looking at pretty pictures, no pressure.) Love your Halloween decorating! Look forward to seeing your flagstone path - I knew you and hubby had a project or two up your sleeves :) It's been in the 100's here --- pretty much hot all year long, so tiresome. WAH! Happy week to you!

    1. Hi Sally. SO nice to hear from you. I did the" no pressure" for over a year, but really missed blogging. Maybe you'll come back. At least we're not as hot as you guys. I shouldn't complain!

    2. I post more on IG than my blog these days (but still not much) --- a lot of the bloggers I thought had slowed down or ceased blogging, are there, so that's nice. Glad to hear you're enjoying yourself again and feel renewed enthusiasm. Hope you'll show us what crafty fun you've been up to. :)

    3. Thanks friend! I have been crafty, but I cannot get any good pic's. Maybe it's time to buy a camera. I'll have to check out your IG. I'm not on that. You can only do so much with your time. The blogging world is really different these days-we'll see what happens. So good to hear from you.

  8. We just got home from a high school football game (one of the grands is a cheerleader and another plays in the band) and it was pretty chilly...not cold yet.
I love your Halloween....it looks fantastic.
